- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waiting times too long. If you want to see the same doctor you have to know you'll be ill about a month in advance. They claim they're busy but when you get there the surgery is empty! I came from London where there are a LOT more people and my surgery was always happy to make an appiontment for me and i was always able to see the same doctor. The ridiculous triage system means you have to speak to two people before you can be allowed to see doctor. Not what you need when you're ill. My named doctor only works one day a week.
